1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Note: We do not offer refunds for color variations due to screen or lighting differences, minor fabric irregularities, or change of mind after purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Customized or tailored garments
- Sarees with blouse stitching or fall/pico services
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
- Products returned after the refund window
3. Refund Process
