Cancellation Policy – Priyadarshini Silks

At Priyadarshini Silks, we are committed to delivering high-quality silk sarees and excellent customer service. Please review our cancellation policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order will be processed and cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Customized / Special Orders
Customized, pre-booked, or specially arranged silk sarees cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.

3. Appointment Cancellation
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 2 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in loss of booking or advance payment.

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Payment gateway or transaction charges (if any) may be deducted.

5. Late Cancellation / No Cancellation
Cancellations made after 2 hours or failure to cancel an appointment may lead to no refund or applicable cancellation charges.

6. Company Rights
Priyadarshini Silks reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
